Flinders's Waterfalls

On our last full sightseeing day in Flinders we decided to do a large waterfall tour.  These geese did all they could to slow us down.

The weather also did not cooperate - it rained on and off all day.

Nevertheless, the waterfalls were amazing!

Belmore Falls.

Caryl holding a Banksia flower, otherwise known as a bottle brush.  It is very hard to the touch, almost like plastic.  Not the texture I was expecting.

The last waterfall was a little farther away and the road was flooded!  Thankfully we had a 4WD that did the trick.

Fitzroy Falls.

On our way back we stopped by the Hampden Bridge, officially opened on the 19th of May, 1898.

We also stopped at the breathtaking Saddleback Mountain Reserve lookout.

It was so windy!

And of course, I had to stop to photograph the cows.

One last picture to finish up a beautiful day!
