Picture 1: When there were too many prisoners to dispose of in one day, they were house in such a building until the next day.
Picture 2: Memorial stupa (houses the remains of the deceased excavated from the fields).
Pictures 3 & 4: These barriers are made around some of the mass graves. The bracelets are left by visitors as a sign of respect for the dead.
Picture 5: Now a rice field, this land was probably also used to dispose of bodies.
Picture 6: Hills and valleys have formed over the mass graves, many of which have not been excavated. The graves form the valleys.
Picture 7: We learned that bones and clothing of the deceased sometimes still surface, especially after a heavy rain.
